感谢您使用「录音转文字」（Audio to Text for macOS，以下简称“本 App”）。下载、安装或使用本 App 即表示您同意遵守本使用条款及 Apple 官方标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）。

1. 许可授予

依据 Apple 媒体服务条款与条件，我们授予您在您拥有或控制的 Mac 电脑上使用本 App 的有限、不可转让、非独占许可。

2. 录音合规承诺

在使用本 App 录制音频前，您有责任确保已取得适用法律所要求的所有合法权利与相关参与方的事先知情同意。在未经授权或违反当地法规的情况下录音所产生的法律后果，由用户自行承担。

3. 购买、订阅与退款

本 App 提供的增值功能、转写时长包及订阅会员均通过 Apple 官方 App Store 内购系统结算。所有付款扣费、订阅续期与退款申请均由 Apple 按照 App Store 相关规定统一管理与处理。

4. 免责声明

语音识别技术基于机器学习与大语言模型算法生成，转写结果可能受到音频质量、背景噪音、说话人口音等客观因素影响。本 App 尽合理商业努力提供高准确率服务，但不对转写文本的绝对无误或特定商业目的适用性作任何明示或暗示的担保。

5. 适用法律与完整条款

Thank you for using Audio to Text for macOS ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Lawful Recording Representation

Before recording any audio, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and legal authorizations required under applicable laws. You agree not to use the App in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international wiretapping or privacy laws.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

All in-app purchases, duration packs, and subscriptions are processed directly through Apple's In-App Purchase mechanism. Payment, renewal, and refunds are managed solely by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Automated speech-to-text recognition is generated via machine learning algorithms. Recognition accuracy may vary based on audio fidelity, background noise, and pronunciation. While we strive for accuracy, the App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
